Boğaziçi University Life Sciences and Technologies Application and Research Center started the establishment process with the support of the State Planning Organization (DPT) infrastructure project, which the university received on this theme on January 1, 2009. It became official after the publication of the regulation. With the ongoing support of the Ministry of Development and Boğaziçi University Rectorate, it is in the process of establishing an international level of excellence in its field.
